Nutella Pancakes

I love making pancakes. Making it plain and serving it with jams, nutella, white chocolate sauce, peanut butter, fruits, nuts, etc. is an invitation to a very colorful and cool table.

I also have a recipe with such a surprise, which makes you say “Very NICE” and you are in a good mood. Pancakes with nutella. You are transforming yourself from a classic to something that offers gourmet flavors.

Ingredients:(1 glass = 250 ml) (6 pancakes)

1 cup flour

1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of sweetened vanilla (or 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract)

1 egg

Half a glass of milk (1/2 glass)

1 pinch of salt

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon melted butter

oil to grease the pan

6 teaspoons Nutella (I put one teaspoon for each pancake)

Recipe

1. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.

2. Whisk the other ingredients except Nutella and oil in a separate bowl and add the flour mixture. It will be the consistency of thick boza.

3. Grease the pan with oil and heat it (bring it to a little above medium heat), spread 1 tablespoon of the pancake mixture in the center, put 1 teaspoon of nutella on top and cover it with another 1 tablespoon of the pancake mixture. Do not turn the heat up too high, it may burn quickly and the inside will not cook. When bubbles appear on it, flip it and cook the other side.
